Managing all aspects of property operations - from mowing lawns, trimming hedges, painting, patching to assembling furniture - the maintenance team work hard to make a house a home.

The maintenance team are a responsive and hardworking group that have the young people we care for at the heart of everything they do. It’s not just mowing a lawn, or painting a wall - it’s about instilling a sense of pride and care in the homes that our young people live in.
