What is Clinical Support?
Individuals and families supported by Allambi Care have access to a range of specialised Clinical Support services. Our comprehensive in-house clinical team provides a range of therapeutic services to address the individually assessed needs of those in our care. Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Paediatricians and Behaviour Analysts all work together in a 360 degree model of care to ensure the best plan is developed for the young person in our care. We work with families, schools, other health care providers and anyone else in the life of the child to help make informed recommendations to achieve the best outcome possible.
What is the team like?
The Clinical Services team are collaborative and consultative. With such a diverse range of specialities - experiences and approaches are discussed and shared (in a confidential way) to benefit the learning of the broader team. With an ‘always learn’ attitude, the team are often studying at the same time as practising - this is both encouraged and considered when it comes to client allocation.
Work/life balance is a real consideration for the team with a genuine focus on case load and time to ‘breathe’.
