  • 5 days paid induction
  • Weekly probation learnings including behaviour support skills and techniques
  • Recognised prior learning towards a CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services. Upon the successful completion of the probationary learning - staff are able to be assessed and provided with up to half of the competencies required for a Nationally Recognised CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services. This is in partnership with our registered training organisation partner - The Bradford Institute of Advanced Education - 45241
  • Bachelor of Human Services. Upon completion of the CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services - sector first opportunities arrive through partnerships with our University representatives to facilitate an onsite tailored and Nationally Recognised Bachelor’s Degree program.
  • Be trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) by our nationally accredited team and internationally recognised team. The program Therapeutic Crisis Intervention is identified as a best practice training delivered throughout the world and teaches crisis prevention and de-escalation skills and physical intervention techniques that respect the dignity of the worker and the individual being cared for.
    TCI originates from New York’s Cornell University and is trained intensively throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Ireland, Israel, Bermuda, Vietnam, Republic of Korea, Australia & New Zealand. Allambi Care is the recognised and only agency certified to deliver TCI Train the Trainer courses throughout Australia and has 4 of 6 professionally certified trainers delivering TCI training to new starters at Allambi Care.
