As we share our 2024–2025 Annual Report, I’m proud to reflect on a year of strong growth, meaningful outcomes and unwavering commitment to the people and communities we serve.

This year marks our 44th year of operation at Allambi Care – more than four decades of learning, adapting and standing alongside children, young people, adults and families who rely on our support. Each year brings new milestones and challenges, and with them, a deeper understanding of the complex and essential work we do.

Across the year, we’ve seen:

Stronger outcomes for children, young people and families in our care
Greater support for carers and frontline teams as they navigate increasing complexity
Continued growth in our services to meet rising community need
A shared commitment to learning, improving and doing better for the people we serve

2024–2025 has been a year of meaningful progress that we can all be proud of. Thank you to our staff, carers, partners and community for your trust, collaboration and care. Together, we remain focused on creating safer, stronger futures for the people who need us most.
