At Allambi Care, our Community Participation (CP) program is all about you - your goals, your choices, and your community. We’re here to support you in living life on your terms, whether that means exploring new hobbies, connecting with others, or building the confidence and skills to live more independently.

With participants at the centre of our support, this program allows you to choose when and where you receive support, how you receive supports (individual or with others) and who supports you from our dedicated and educated team of support workers.

Whether you're at home or out in the community, we tailor your experience to suit your needs and goals.
