What is the difference between SIL and SDA?

SIL Accommodation is a shared home environment where you will have access to your own private room and shared common spaces with other participants. Allambi Care manages these homes through real estate leases.

SDA is physical housing that's been purpose-built or modified with features to meet the needs of people with significant disability. SDA funding is provided in your NDIS Plan. If you don’t have SDA funding, you may not be the right fit for a SDA home.
