Allambi Care has built a reputation for taking on the toughest of cases and a never give up attitude. The result is an adaptive team that puts the kids in our care - at the heart of everything we do.
We’ve been in the industry for more than 40 years and have seen our operations grow from a small youth refuge in the New South Wales coastal town of Redhead, to an organisation operating across the Hunter, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Northern NSW and Victoria. The Allambi Care family is growing, with more than 800 team members, providing wrap around services in youth and disability support, clinical support, homelessness support, court support, outreach and intervention, education, NDIS and foster care.

Paid induction program
Start with completing a paid Induction program including the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) course delivered by the nationally accredited provider.
