Steve Graham brings over two decades of frontline and leadership experience to his role as Director of Partnerships, Engagement & Innovation. Beginning his career in 2002 as a youth worker, Steve has built a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing young people, as well as the staff and systems that support them. His early hands-on work continues to inform his strategic approach, ensuring that connection and community remain at the heart of everything he does.

Steve is passionate about creating supportive networks that empower individuals and strengthen communities. Outside of work, you'll find him cheering from the sidelines at his kids’ sporting events and staying closely connected to the community he proudly serves.
