Professional expertise includes executive recruitment, people strategy, leadership development, culture and engagement, employee relations, mediation, performance management, outplacement, and remuneration/benefits.
Governance experience includes serving as Vice Chair of the Leapfrog Ability Board (2014–2019), contributing to CEO appointment processes and facilitating a merger with a larger organisation during NDIS rollout.
Earlier senior roles include Group Manager, Divisional Manager and Senior Consultant at Forsythes Recruitment (1999–2012).
Holds a Bachelor of Business (HR/IR/Management) from the University of Newcastle and completed an Executive Program in Leadership and Decision Making at AGSM (UNSW Sydney).
ICC International Accredited Coach certified through ilume International.
