Brett Smith

As Executive Officer of Operations at Allambi Care, Brett Smith leads a dedicated team of over 900 staff delivering a wide range of community services across Australia. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Brett is a highly respected strategist and advocate, particularly in out-of-home care, family preservation and restoration, and disability services. His work is driven by a deep commitment to improving the continuum of care for children and young people across the OOHC system.

Brett is valued for his ability to collaborate with government partners and champion meaningful change. For the past five years, he has been actively involved in research projects aimed at shaping human services policy and practice within Australia. He is a Board Director for the National Therapeutic Residential Care Alliance.
